Track's rules
1. It is forbidden to get to the track without having looked at general track rules.
2. It is compulsory to wear following clothes: homologated helmet, track-suit, gloves and kart suitable karting shoes. It is absolutely forbidden to reverse (the direction must be in a clockwise). Not authorized races and bets among drivers are forbidden. It is absolutely forbidden to stop karts by the track. If your kart comes to a stop, it has to be brought to the grassland along the track in order not to cause any accident to others. If any repairing needed, it has to be done in proper box.
3. Entry to the track is allowed only to karts with water tank, engine oil and fuel mixture, CIK homologated silencer and filter, lateral fairings. It is forbidden to use inside the radiator any inhibitory liquid. If one of these compulsory requirements is missing, the track owners have the right to forbid you entry. It is compulsory to show clearly entry-sticker at all time in order to avoid fastidious check up. It is forbidden to stop along walking way of boxes. Each kart must show a number.
4. The track employed for free-trials do not provide timing service, lighting and flag signals, medical and fire-fighting services.
5. The track owner is the one that may suspend kart activities any time in order to get the track working again because of any kind of obstruction, without being responsible for action timeliness or continuity.
6. Only the kart owner or kart renter is responsible of any damage caused by go-karts. The kart-owner or kart renter is also responsible of damages caused by other people using their kart.
7. The karting track is exempted by any responsibility due to any injury to kart renter caused by rented kart use or accidents with other drivers.
8. During kart rental it is forbidden to overtake, push, touch and spur other karts. All damages caused by karts would be charged to users as listed in Secretary lounge.
